Digital Diplomacy Effort and Insights - Ukrainian, Russian, and Canadian Experts

With the previous two meditations being video conference broadcasts, this project between Ukrainian and Canadian experts, and a Russian government advisor, spanned 3 weeks and was conducted by email.
